SERVICES

On Thyme Logistics provides logistics services for the transportation and delivery of goods and products allowing to transport refrigerated products. We only carry goods for human consumption. We do not carry pet food. Our services include but are not limited to freight transportation, warehousing, and delivery management. We strive to ensure the safe and timely delivery of all goods in our possession, adhering to industry standards and regulations.

USER RESPONSABILITIES

Customer and contractors are responsible for providing accurate and detailed information regarding the goods being transported, including weight, dimensions, and any special handling instructions, clearly marked showing the name of the sender and the delivery point. They must ensure that all goods comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Users are responsible for adequately securing and packaging their goods to prevent damage during transportation and to check all products, good and produce on arrival of handing the products/goods over.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

Our current vans will carry a maximum gross weight of 1200 kilos and are able to fit 2 UK pallet (1200×600) or 3 Euro Pallets (1200×800). On Thyme Logistics will not be held liable for any damages, losses, or delays arising from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, accidents, or any other unforeseen events. We will not be held responsible for any damages incurred due to the user’s failure to provide accurate information or comply with the terms and conditions outlined within.
